Please note this custom listing is a non-refundable deposit. Together, we will go through a designing process and once your design is approved and the quoting process is complete, the project will only commence once the balance owing (minus deposit) is sent. Please email to request a quote but please note, the quote may vary once the design process is complete.

Once purchased, I will send you an email to start the planning process. Once designs are approved, your sign can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for completion (Please note this time is subject to change depending on customization requirements) - Please visit the contact section to advise of rush orders prior to ordering. 

At We Got Wood, every item is handcrafted with care and intention. Because of this, you may notice slight variations, natural wood grain differences, or minor imperfections. All custom orders are final sale. We will go through an extensive customization process together, to ensure you're happy with the outcome. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

Refunds requested due to customer error (including incorrect selections, sizing or change of mind) will be issued less the original payment processing fee of 3% per transaction, which is non-refundable to the business.
