Size and layout may vary depending on the pet image and name.

The ornament/shelf sitter option is face only and about the size of your palm. For customized options please email and/or select the “customize me” option. 

Please note that the “Customize Me” option is a deposit for a custom-designed piece (framed, full body designs, possibilities are endless!). Once your design is approved and the quoting process is complete, the project will begin ONLY after the remaining balance (minus the deposit) has been received.

All custom orders are final sale. We will go through an extensive customization process together, to ensure you're happy with the outcome. Your satisfaction is my top priority.

Please note, deposits are nonrefundable - read the listing thoroughly and email questions before placing your order.

Refunds requested due to customer error (including incorrect selections, sizing or change of mind) will be issued less the original payment processing fee of 3% per transaction, which is non-refundable to the business.
